2026 George Anich
Senior Cup
Andy put on a great Senior Cup which had record attendance I understand. He played well too. Willard and Tony made a great effort in support of the tournament behind the scenes, also each playing. VIctor Ho Captained the 8.0 50+ team to the championship match. We had an unfortunate injury to a top player, hopefully not too severe, that left us with six players for the final 5 matches. VIctor played all 9 matches and was in the last pair on court battling in the deciding line at 106 degrees yesterday. Made a big comeback run and just fell a few points short. Was great fun, and I was happy and grateful to be included. Thanks Victor, Andy, Tony and Willard. And all the guys on the 8.0 team.
